本日の対面研修では、シリコンバレーでの経験の振り返りを行いました。
はじめにGoodtryJapanの中野さんより「具体化」と「フィードバック」のプロセスについて教わりました。
具体化は「あとはやるだけ」という状態にすること、フィードバックは送る側も受け取る側も今後の成長や改善を促すという目的を履き違えてはいけないことを学びました。
それらをを踏まえてペアになり、シリコンバレーで得たことや今後の目標などを共有し、フィードバックを送り合いました。
シリコンバレーでなんとなく感じていたことを改めて言語化、具体化することで、あやふやだった目標に向かう第一歩がはっきりしてきました。
十人十色というように、旅での着眼点と感じたことはみんな違い、聞いていてとても楽しかったです。今日は数人の話しか聞くことができなかったため、今後機会をつくりもっとたくさんの人に尋ねたいと思います。
私たちの最終的なゴールとなる報告会まで、あと１月ほどです。先日から研修での経験をまとめた報告書の作成を始めました。
シリコンバレー派遣研修が終わりに近づいていっていることを実感し、寂しく思います。
ただ、これは同時に大きなスタートであると確信しています。
In today’s in-person training, we looked back on our experiences in Silicon Valley.
At the beginning, Mr. Nakano from Good try Japan taught us about the processes of “concretization” and “feedback.”
I learned that concretization means making your ideas clear enough that all that’s left is to take action, and that feedback should always aim to help receiver grow and improve.
Based on that, we worked in pairs to share what we learned in Silicon Valley and our future goals, and gave feedback to each other.
By putting my vague thoughts into words and making them more concrete, I could clearly see the first steps toward my goals that had been uncertain before.
As the saying goes, “十人十色” Everyone had their own perspectives and impressions from the trip, and it was really enjoyable to listen to them.
I could only hear from a few people today, I’d like to create more opportunities to talk with many others.
At the same time, I was reminded again that face-to-face communication is such an interesting and effective way to gather information.
There is about one month left until our final presentation.
We have just started writing our report that summarizes our learning and experiences from the training.
I’m beginning to feel that the Silicon Valley program is coming to an end, and that makes me a little sad.
However, I’m also sure that this marks a new and important beginning for all of us.
