今回は渡航後2回目の対面研修で、

再来週に最後の対面研修を行い、
This time was our second in-person training session after arriving, and after briefly reviewing the previous session, we received an explanation from the instructor about design thinking, including a review of what we had learned before.
What I realized from his explanation was that we hadn’t been applying design thinking very effectively to our own problem-solving process. Because of that, when I listened to the explanation, I was able to understand what was missing from our prototype and face our problem more clearly. In addition, there were teachers who had come from other prefectures, and we had the opportunity to present our prototype to them and receive objective feedback from a third-party perspective. Furthermore, by explaining our project to others, we were able to identify areas for improvement in our group presentation, and it became clearer what tasks we needed to tackle before the final report meeting.
After the in-person training ended, the instructor stayed with us, and we had time to share what we had learned with each other in English. We worked in pairs or groups of three, presented to one another, and received feedback from the listeners. Afterwards, those who were ready had the chance to give their presentations directly to the instructor and receive his feedback as well.
In two weeks, we will have our final in-person training session, and the time remaining until the report meeting is gradually decreasing. I will do my best to prepare and take action so that I can give a presentation I can be proud of at the next in-person session.
