今日はバディーと出会って２日目ということもあり、休み時間には積極的に自分のことを話したり、相手のことについて質問したりしていました。午後には日本語のクラスに参加しましたが、日本文化にとても興味があるようで、質問をたくさん受けました。私たちもオーストラリアの文化についてもっと知りたいと思いました。
We participated in Japanese language class in the afternoon.
The students were preparing for their presentation about the cities
in Japan such as Yokohama and Fukuoka. We watched “Melbourne
Cup” on TV and we also sang a Japanese song. The students speak
Japanese very well.

Morningside State School
今日は、私たちのためのＥＳＬの授業が２時間、バディーと一緒に受ける授業が２時間の４時間の授業がありました。ＥＳＬの授業では、オーストラリアの食べ物を知るために実際にお菓子を少し食べました。また、休み時間にはグランドで遊んだり、バディーと話したり、コンピューターゲームをしたりなど、楽しく過ごしました。
When I joined the class with my buddy, I felt the students here were very active. Most students raised their hands when their teacher
asked questions. Students in Australia are really friendly, kind and
cheerful. They talked to us a lot. I want to communicate with them
a lot and have fun!
